PASADENA, Calif. (AP) — Police in Pasadena are searching for a "person of interest" in connection with the fatal shooting of a young woman in an apartment.
The victim, believed to be about 19 years old, was pronounced dead Sunday morning.
A SWAT team, assisted by a Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department bloodhound, scoured the area to investigate.
Lt. Vasken Gourdikian wouldn't name the person police were looking for, and declined to describe the relationship between the dead woman and the person of interest.
A neighbor, William Hernandez, told the Pasadena Star-News (http://bit.ly/1lZ8SA4) a young man and his teenage brother lived in the apartment and that the shooting had to do with a dispute between the older brother and his girlfriend.
