9:30 a.m. LOS ANGELES — The Dodgers' seventh annual Winter Development Program will begin. Fifteen of the club's top minor league prospects will take part in seminars, workouts and familiarize themselves with the greater Los Angeles area through social events and a community service visit to the South Los Angeles youth center, A Place Called Home. The Encino businessman is expected to plead guilty to federal charges stemming from an alleged scheme to falsely inflate the prices and trading volumes of stocks and then sell millions of shares to the public.
